My Role
I led the design of the Closa Agents back-office for The Bulb Africa (Access Bank Project), handling the research, ideation and design. I worked closely with a Project Manager and a Full-stack Developer.

The project focuses building a monitoring platform for Access Bank and The Bulb Africa to track and understand Closa Agents' performance (card registration and customer onboarding activities). It provides a user-friendly dashboard that makes agent activities transparent and helps with data-driven decision-making.

Brainstorming/Inspiration gathering
Once I understood the project goals, I began the creative process by exploring different design directions. I collected inspiring dashboard designs that aligned with the project’s vision, which guided my thinking as I sketched the first concepts on paper. This exploration phase was key to building a solid foundation for the final design.

Using the research and insights, I designed a clean and user-focused dashboard. Every element was carefully created to meet stakeholder needs while making complex data easy to understand and act on. The result was an intuitive interface that turned data into meaningful insights.

Challenges and Key Learnings
This was my first dashboard design project, and I faced a steep learning curve. I managed it by keeping clear communication with stakeholders, working within a tight two-week timeline, and delivering a high-quality solution through regular feedback and collaboration. This experience showed me that effective communication and collaboration is the key to successful project execution.
